1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites and digital services operated by Changenix Technologies Pvt Limited (“Changenix”, “we”, “us”), including https://changenix.com and products such as Noxuva at https://app.noxuva.in.

By using our websites or products, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create a Noxuva account or purchase paid Access.

A product may have additional terms. The Noxuva Terms of Use govern Noxuva access, paid Access, refunds, and product-specific use. If these Terms differ from the Noxuva Terms on a Noxuva-specific matter, the Noxuva Terms apply to that matter.

3. Our websites and services

Changenix develops software that makes complex information easier to understand and use. This corporate website provides information about the company and its products. It does not provide professional advice, process product payments, or create user accounts.

Features, product availability, datasets, coverage, and pricing may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, service capacity, or product improvement.

4. What Noxuva is—and is not

Noxuva is a NEET-PG counselling intelligence product. It helps users explore historical closing ranks, seat information, college and program context, fees, stipends, bond information, counselling documents, notices, and practical guidance where relevant information is available.

Noxuva is:

• An independent information product operated by Changenix Technologies Pvt Limited.
• Based on official sources and historical information, with source and coverage labels where appropriate.
• A decision-support tool that requires users to confirm action-critical details in current official notices.

Noxuva is not:

• MCC, NBEMS, NMC, DGHS, or any state counselling authority, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
• A substitute for official prospectuses, schedules, portals, bulletins, or live notices.
• Medical, legal, financial, or professional counselling advice.
• A prediction, probability, seat promise, or guarantee of eligibility, allotment, or outcome.
• A registration, choice-locking, reporting, or authority-fee payment portal.

Users must verify current schedules, eligibility, fees, bonds, resignation rules, reporting instructions, and payment requirements through the relevant authority’s official website before acting.

Information labels

• Official means the information is derived from a source published by the relevant authority.
• Historical information describes past outcomes and is not a forecast.
• Indicative information, including some fee, stipend, and bond details, should be confirmed in the current college or authority notice before a financial decision.

Source documents, data processing, and mapping may contain omissions or errors. If Noxuva differs from a current official source, the official source takes priority.

5. Accounts and device sessions

Some Noxuva features can be explored without an account. An account is required to purchase or restore paid Access and to synchronise saved information. Sign-in is available through Google, email and password, or phone and OTP using Firebase Authentication.

Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and access to their email or phone. Paid Access is limited to one active device session at a time. Continuing on a new device may end the previous session. Users must not share, resell, or transfer account access.

6. Paid Access, payments, and refunds

Noxuva Launch Access and Full Access are one-time digital purchases that provide access for the counselling season shown at purchase. Access is delivered electronically; no physical goods or shipping are included. A purchase does not guarantee a medical seat or counselling outcome. The price and applicable season are shown before payment.

• Website: Razorpay processes card, UPI, and supported payment methods for Changenix Technologies Pvt Limited. Noxuva does not store full card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
• iOS and Android: paid Access is sold through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and is subject to the relevant store’s billing and refund terms.
• Fees paid to MCC, state authorities, or colleges are separate from Noxuva Access and are not processed by Noxuva.

Refunds

• A payment that fails, is reversed, or never completes does not activate Access.
• A verified duplicate charge is eligible for a refund.
• Apple and Google purchase refunds must be requested under the applicable store policy.
• For website purchases, payment is generally non-refundable after paid features are unlocked, except where applicable law or the stated refund terms require otherwise.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use our websites and products lawfully and not to:

• Disrupt or overload a service, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data, or administrative tools.
• Use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service, or reverse engineer, copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit our software or original content, except where law permits it or we give written permission.
• Submit passwords, OTPs, certificates, roll numbers, unlawful material, or another person’s personal data through feedback.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Changenix, Noxuva, or a counselling authority.

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, service availability, security, legal compliance, or fair use.

8. Intellectual property and official materials

Changenix and Noxuva branding, software, interface design, product structure, and original writing are owned by Changenix Technologies Pvt Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Permission to use a service does not transfer ownership of these materials.

Rights in government and counselling-authority PDFs, notices, names, and other source materials remain with their respective rights holders. We identify these sources for reference and do not claim ownership of them or endorsement by their issuers.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains company-level data practices. The Noxuva Privacy Policy describes account, device, feedback, notification, purchase, retention, and deletion practices for the product.

10. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

Our websites and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that may lawfully be excluded, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that every dataset will be complete, current, or free from processing or mapping errors. Noxuva should not be the sole basis for a counselling decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

11. Limitation of liability and user responsibility

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Subject to that rule, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Changenix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or reliance on our websites or products.

Any Noxuva-specific liability limit is stated in the Noxuva Terms of Use. These company Terms do not replace that product-specific limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims and reasonable costs that arise directly from your unlawful use of a service or a material breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer law and applicable procedural rules, courts of competent jurisdiction in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, will have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. We will revise the effective date above and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
